Operating The VIVV
  • Press and hold power button to turn on and off
  • Short press the second button to choose between 20 different patterns
  • Short press the bottom button to choose between 8 different vibration intensities
Charging Tips
  • Fully charge battery for up to 4 hours before first use
  • Ensure the cable is fully plugged in to ensure proper charge
  • The LED indicator on the massager will blink to indicate when it is charging
  • Product is fully charged when light stops blinking and stays lit
Cleaning & Storage Tips
  • Do not use cleaners such as alcohol or acetone, and do not fully submerge in water.
  • Before cleaning, always turn the power off, and ensure charging cable is detached
  • Wash with warm water and antibacterial soap
  • Rinse clean with warm to hot water, do not fully submerge in water.
  • Pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel
  • Store in provided ava pouch or other clean, ventilated space.
  • Avoid exposing massager to the sun

How is water-resistant different than waterproof? Water-resistant means that the only the surface of product can get wet and should not be submerged in water.
Can I use this product in the shower? No. The VIVV Massage Wand is not intended to be fully submerged in water.
