Operating The VIVVO
  • Press and hold power button to turn on and off
  • Short press the top button to choose between 3 different vibration intensities
  • Short press the second button to choose between 4 different patterns
  • Short press the bottom button to switch to max-intensity pleasure mode. Long press to return to normal mode
Charging Tips
  • Fully charge battery for up to 4-hours before first use
  • Ensure the cable is fully plugged in to ensure proper charge
  • The LED indicator on the massager will blink to indicate when it is charging

  • Do not use cleaners such as alcohol or acetone, and do not fully submerge in water.
  • Before cleaning, always turn the power off, and ensure charging cable is detached

  • Pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel

How is water-resistant different than waterproof? Water-resistant means that the only the surface of product can get wet and should not be submerged in water.
Can I use this product in the shower? No. The VIVVO Premium Wand is not intended to be fully submerged in water.
Does ava have any waterproof products? Yes! Our HUM Bullet Massager is 100% waterproof and is perfect for self-discovery in the shower or bathtub.
What kind of cleansers can I use to wash ava products? We recommend you use an anti-bacterial soap, warm water, and a gentle cloth to clean your ava products. Chemical cleansers can damage the silicone materials. Do not fully submerge product under water.
