Return Policy

For obvious reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products.

If you received the wrong product or your product arrived damaged, please notify us (support@avavibes.com) within 30 days of delivery. Refunds take 7-14 business days to be processed after your item has been received.

Once your return request is submitted, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. 
•    Items must be returned in original packaging.
•    If items are returned and are found to be damaged or not in their original condition, you will not receive a refund.

IMPORTANT:
•    Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
•    Returns must be received at our warehouse within 45 days of the date of delivery.
•    We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
•    Shipping fees will not be refunded.
